Patrick PAGNI

Patrick Pagni is Executive Chairman of Lexington Global Distribution Partners, a company he created to distribute US asset managers to non-US investors.

He was previously Amundi’s Senior Regional Officer for North America and a director of Amundi USA, its US holding subsidiary as well as Amundi Canada Ltd.

He is a seasoned expert in acquisitions and post-merger reorganizations who joined Amundi in 2010 as senior regional manager for north America. In the previous 8 years, he was Executive Vice President at Trust Company of the West, Société Générale Asset Management subsidiary in the United States.

Prior to joining SGAM, Patrick Pagni worked for 6 years as Société Générale’s (SG) country head for the United Kingdom where he instrumented the acquisition of Hambros Bank.

Besides a Maitrise en Sciences de Gestion from Université Paris Dauphine, Patrick Pagni holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

He is chairman of the French American Cultural Exchange Foundation, a US-based non profit organization fostering cultural exchanges between France and the United States of America and of the Paris-Dauphine Foundation, Inc.

He is also a passionate wildlife photographer who spends a few weeks every year north of the border in pursuit of polar bears.
